How long does the filter last before it needs to be replaced?
The filter in the Atlas bottle is designed to last for up to 300 refills, or approximately three months of regular use. When you notice a decrease in water flow or a change in taste, it’s time to replace the filter. Replacement filters are easy to install and available directly on our website.
Can I use the Atlas bottle with any water source?
The Atlas bottle's filter effectively removes contaminants from many natural water sources, like rivers, lakes, and streams. However, it is not designed for saltwater or chemically polluted water.
Is the Atlas bottle dishwasher-safe?
The stainless steel body of the Atlas bottle can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher, but the filter should always be removed before washing. To prolong the filter’s life, we recommend cleaning it by hand with warm water and mild soap.
Will the filter affect the flow rate of the water?
